7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spears Design Build Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, delays, or property damage outside the scope of agreed-upon Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All design plans, drawings, and related intellectual property created by Spears Design Build Group remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a limited license to use such materials solely for the project for which they were created.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all completed work, expenses, and non-cancelable commitments.
