We were invited to add a powder room in this Sycamore, Illinois home. This photo shows the addition to the main floor to better accommodate the family’s guests. After removing an existing hallway closet, we installed a wall to create a half bath with a toilet and sink. We also replaced the vinyl flooring with 2 ¼” oak hardwood floors and extended this flooring into the kitchen. Design touches including a wall niche and beadboard walls were added.
