Our team’s task was to update a dated, inefficient bathroom into a space worthy of both everyday living and award-winning design.

To enhance flow, we added a new exterior door leading directly to the pool, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living and convenience for guests.
Design choices included:
- 12×24 herringbone-patterned floor tiles for a modern touch.
- Maple shaker cabinetry in pecan shell stain paired with quartz countertops for timeless elegance.
- Floating shelves and recessed linen cabinets for smart, stylish storage.
- Brushed bronze Kohler fixtures for a refined finish.
- A mix of polished and matte marble finishes to add depth and luxury.
The result was a bathroom that felt warm, inviting, and perfectly tailored to the couple’s lifestyle. A design that judges agreed was worthy of national recognition.
