Spears Design Build Group Community Involvement
At Spears Design Build Group, we believe that building extends far beyond the walls of a home. It’s about strengthening the community we’re proud to call our own. Over the years, our team members have been active participants in local organizations such as Kiwanis, the Sycamore and DeKalb Chambers of Commerce, CASA DeKalb County, Habitat for Humanity, and many more. Many of our employees also dedicate their time by serving on community boards and committees, helping to shape the future of our region.
Through our internal giving initiatives, a few times a year our employees are encouraged to select local charities close to their hearts. Spears Design Build Group then proudly donates on their behalf. We also take part in local fundraisers, volunteer opportunities, and service projects throughout the year. In doing so, we continue a legacy of community connection and care that has defined our company for decades.
