What began in 1975 as a small remodeling business has grown into something much bigger. For over 50 years, our team has been proud to serve Northern Illinois with dedication, craftsmanship, and care.
Today, we are excited to announce the next chapter in our story. Ken Spears Construction is now Spears Design Build Group.
Our new name reflects both our growth and our commitment to a more design-driven approach to building and renovating homes. While our look and name have changed, our values remain the same:
